Delhi government teacher Manu Gulati recently went viral for grooving with her student in class to the song Haryanvi. She was seen matching steps with her student in what she called role reversal (as her student was teaching her how to dance). Manu is in the news again for sharing a heartwarming note of apology from one of his students.

The note that Manu shared on his Twitter was actually part of an English lesson. Manu asked his students to write a “forgiveness note” assuming a hypothetical situation where they have to apologize to someone. During class, one of his students assumed he was an army officer and wrote a letter of apology asking his mother for forgiveness for not attending his sister’s wedding.

Manu found the note so profound that she couldn’t resist sharing it on Twitter. “Students sometimes amaze you with their thoughts. I asked the students to write a “forgiveness note” to someone imagining a situation where they needed to apologize. Read what a student wrote while imagining himself to be an army officer. “My duty is my priority.” Tribute to army personnel, ”wrote Manu in his tweet.

As soon as the tweet went viral, twitterati reacted warmly to the students’ work.
